and well rounded programs and will pass onto you the highest quality of Brazilian
Jiu-Jitsu instruction in a friendly and respectful environment. Whether you are
looking to train in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu for discipline, fitness, sport or self defense
we will meet your needs.
We offer programs for men, women, and children, as well as seminars and
private lessons. We also have specialized courses for law enforcement and
military as well. Our curriculum covers all aspects of Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, self
defense, competition and Vale-Tudo, which includes throws, strikes, takedowns,
and submissions.
Our method of instruction mixes beginners into ongoing classes with advanced
students. This allows not only the new students to learn from the instructor but
also from more advanced students as well. This also allows advanced students
to gain insight by assisting beginners to progress. We invite you to come by and
try out a free class.
