PROFESSIONAL BACKGROUND
Professor Ernest has over 14 years of law enforcement experience and is a
former Deputy Sheriff. He is also a former U.S. Marine who has served as a
rifleman during Operations Desert Shield and Desert Storm. As a Deputy
Sheriff he worked in various assignments such as custody, court security and
patrol. He was also a field training officer, P.O.S.T. Certified defensive tactics
instructor and baton instructor. He is currently a state licensed private
investigator.
MARTIAL ARTS BACKGROUND
Professor Ernest Estrada is a certified 1st degree black belt in Brazilian
Jiu-Jitsu. He also has extensive training in other various fighting arts such as
Muay Thai, Escrima, Kali, Shoot Wrestling and Boxing. He received his black
belt on August 8th, 2006 from his professor and friend, Pedro Carvalho. He
has been training in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu for over thirteen years and is certified
with the Jiu-Jitsu federation, Federacao De Jiu-Jitsu Do Estados Do Rio
Janeiro (F.J-J. Rio).
